Please note:

The best way to contact school is by email or via Class Dojo as the phones are not manned all day.

Thank you.

“Teach children how they should live, and they will remember it all their lives.”
Proverbs 22:6

We know you are worried and we know you are juggling many things at home – children’s happiness, children’s learning, housekeeping, your jobs, your families and we know this is a great weight on your shoulders – we are feeling it too.

Please don’t worry, your child is up to where they are, no-one is ahead or behind where they should be in these strange and worrying times – they are, where they are. The children will come back to us wherever they are up to and we will respond to them wherever they are and support them to be the best they can be. Just do your best, try to build a simple routine and focus on short sessions every day when you can as you can.

The important thing now is to keep safe and well, to support your child emotionally, to make sure they are happy and secure.

Learning is not just work in books or work on line. Learning is life skills – learning to be independent, to care for others, to hold a conversation, to express feelings and opinions, to cook, clean, explore the world around them, to read and develop the imagination, to build and deepen relationships and family bonds.

Do not worry – we can all work together when we are back together to put your child’s learning back together.

Keep well, God bless and thank you for all you are doing.

Information for parents and carers

Welcome to Huyton with Roby Church of England Primary School!

This website is designed to provide just a small insight into what Huyton with Roby has to offer. Huyton with Roby is a popular and successful school, which has close links with our two local churches. As a Church of England school our Christian values underpin our school ethos and all that we do.

The Staff at Huyton with Roby values the important partnership with parents, in providing a caring and supportive learning environment. We have a wide range of exciting outdoor areas, a meadow, adventure trail and a woodland that facilitate the provision for a wide range of activities.  We want the children to enjoy their education and to develop an enthusiasm for learning. Our aim is to provide a wide range of rewarding learning experiences that encourage, challenge and extend each child’s ability, helping them to fulfill their potential.

We are a busy but friendly school, with lots going on. This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents and pupils.

We’re very proud of our school and it’s achievements. We hope that enjoy your visit to our website, and that you find the information you are looking for!  Please feel free to contact the school direct with any queries you may have.

Thank you for visiting!
